I explained that I was nervous and they all were so gentle throughout my visit. Dr. Walker explained my treatment before, during, and after. "The transition from retiring Dr Durnford to new ownership for Savanah Smiles Dental has been seamless and flawless from my perspective. New staff are friendly and absolutely professional. I don't particularly enjoy dental visits, but Dr Garcia put me at ease right away. She has an affable personality and she exudes confidence and professionalism. Robert, the dental tech who conducted my cleaning, was exceptional and we had a lot in common. It was like running into an old friend you haven't seen for awhile. He took care of my teeth and did a wonderful job. This is the place to come for your dental needs!"

"Overall good experience. However, was a bit shock by my bill. I have been going to Dr. Dunsford for some years and my bill was never that high for cleaning and X-rays. I had elected not to have dental insurance and just pay as I go but the amount I paid was a bit too much. Additionally, not sure why the Dental tech can’t do the X-rays and someone else has to do it. Why so many different X-rays need to be taken, not sure. I think perhaps with the change over patients should have been informed of the higher price for service. I’m debating either getting dental insurance or perhaps moving on. My 4 stars have more to do with price than service. I would probably only recommend to a friend if they have dental insurance."

"This is such a friendly, caring staff. I was especially impressed by the professionalism that my male hygienist provided. For anyone who isn’t particularly comfortable with routine dental cleanings, I highly recommend Robert. He was very thorough and gentle. If I have any concerns, he gives me both facts and his professional opinion so that I can make an informed decision on what to do. The office staff is also very nice and helpful.
